Our journey began when our founder, Liz Moussa, was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and mild IBS. Traditional treatments and dietary changes brought little relief, which led to extensive research and discovery of the role that lectins - plant proteins found in numerous foods - can play in gut health and overall wellness.

Inspired to share these findings and help others experiencing similar issues, we established Lectin Free Kitchen.
